Sliced pork with preserved vegetables

Zhangjiajie Tujia slice pork with preserved vegetables is a main course to welcome guests. It will be served at some banquet or important events. 

Streaky pork as the raw material is sliced and put with preserved vegetables through many cooking steps, including boiling, frying and steaming. It is common that dried vegetables will  cover the meat. Though it is rich in fat, it tastes very delicious.
