Stepping into the Grand Canyon, you may feel that you are walking in the museum of Zhangjiajie's landforms, where you can enjoy all the scenery of mountains, water, caves, lakes, canyons, waterfalls and streams. There are towering cliffs, cascading waterfalls and gurgling springs. It boasts a wide variety of animal and plant resources with green trees and blooming flowers all over the mountain. Besides, you may also be surprised at such cultural sites as the ancient battlefield of Wuwangpo, the Southern Red Flag Canal and the site of suppressing bandits.
Located between steep cliffs, the glass bridge in the canyon is known as “a sky bridge”, as thin as the cicada’s wing when looking from afar. It looms in the mists and clouds, just like a piece of thousand-feet white silk, on which visitors can enjoy a panoramic view of the Grand Canyon.
However, despite of the unique scenery, various extreme sports also amaze visitors. You can experience bungee jumping from 300 meters high in the valley, climb between cliffs and “plunge” among green mountains and water. Every exciting moment is worth being shared with friends. In addition, there are many other projects as VR flying over the Grand Canyon, zip line, slide slopes, sightseeing elevator, treasure elevator and sculpture elevator.
Moreover, during the May Day holiday, the scenic spot is expected to launch a Via Ferrata project with a drop of more than 200 meters, which is still in the final acceptance.
