Liu Ge’an, male, Han nationality, was born in October 1966 in Anxiang County, Changde City, Hunan Province. Liu joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in July 1992 and started his first job in June 1989. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in history from Xiangtan University and a master’s degree in law from Xiangtan University.

Wang Hongbin, male, Han nationality, was born in January 1967 in Huarong County, Yueyang City, Hunan Province. Wang joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in June 1986 and started his first job in July 1987. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in economic management.
